i have a computer problem i don’t know how to fix..please

help .when i connect comp to internet says connected but can’t go there says not connected to internet but at bottom of screen says connected . also i think its a virus but i have virus software installed .no issues found. but it infects every computer in its path . I have 4 comps on router 2 work good 2 don’t ..as long as i leave bad comps off router everything is ok.microsoft has been some help but as i see more people have same bug. when i check internet connection downloading like crazy.i can’t disconnect says busy . i have some screenshots may help. but since i can’t get to internet can’t send that way. please help.

Ooo mine did that last week. Really p****d me off!!

My problem is that my wireless router was not strong enough for the amount of laptops/pcs connected to it and I had to buy a new better one.

I then had to completely rerun network setup to connect to the new one and now its great.
