maybe, you’re right, but i can’t tell that to my parents (anyway, i’m still a kid) so i need some, maybe, a traditional medicine, like fruit or something?

if youre a teenager, its fairly normal to have mood swings. so ride em out till youre older and your mood will stabilise itself. untill then, eat a balanced diet, dont smoke, drink too much, or smoke pot, because that will likely effect your mood.

thanks, it’s just that i feel this a lot of time, even most of the time, and a lot of my friends don’t feel the same way as me. a lot of time i just kill my mood and pretend like it doesn’t exist, but i know it doesn’t work

Or try meditation on mornings - This may help with setting your mood for the day.
All the best
