I want to run away nothing is keeping me here.

i feel trapped cos i dont earn enough money to get a house i hate the career i am in, the only thing keeping me here is my fiance who i cant see regularly cos we live with our parents. can someone help me find a solution and say what i need to do to get happiness back!

You have to chase something you want, not run away from something that makes you anxious. The more you run away, the more your anxiety is strengthened. It weakens you.

Figure out what you want and make plans on how to get it. Then focus your energies on each step of the plan and you will build your confidence and contentment in yourself.
