Expensive?

Build muscle by distance running, distance cycling and swimming. You will build a definite v-shape and your girlfriend will enjoy your new athletic abilities.

its not expensive at all. all you need to do is know what builds muscle, and what burns it. carbs, protein, and certain types of fat are whats going to build muscle up for you, which will help you bulk up. aim to put on muscle rather than fat, its far healthier for you and looks way better.

Carbo load before working out. Sleep a lot. Do not exercise too much. You are probably young and your metabolism is fast. This will change as you mature.

Muscle is heavy and looks great. Get an exercise routine (best when with others to motivate you) and stick with it. You’ll see results quickly. Keep eating lots of protein.

I had a friend that was into comnpetetive bodybuilding and he said when he first started he was working out all the time and not getting bigger. The secret is in your diet he always said and I have heard that a lot. People who are lifting weights to grow should eat 5-6 times a day. Never work out unless you feed your body first and carbohydrates are what it needs.

Your metabolism will ramp even more with exercise. But exercise will turn the calories into muscle. Eat a portion of carbs before you go out and exercise and a portion of protein when you get back (the muscles repair after exercise using the protein).
