Liposuction, exercise, starvation… go on the TV show biggest loser. Cheerleaders are a long way from 235, maybe amend your expectations.

How tall are you? And how overweight are you?

break things down, set small obtainable goals, focus, work hard, celebrate a little when you achieve a small goal, and then Keep Going! It’s all mental really. If you have your mind set on it you’ll get there.

Yes, I’m abt 5′6 and in college i was the perfect size, to me. Now I have a sedntary job and I find it hard to get the appropriate exercise, and it’s easy to ’snack’ on junk food.

i gotta tell ya, at 34 its quite unlikely you will look “like a cheerleader”. cheerleaders are generally young, high school girls. or professional cheerleaders who spend hours every day working on their bodies, and are extremely athletic.
even with a sedentary job, it is easy to get in 30 minutes per day of exercise. park the car or get off the bus further away, take the stairs instead of the lift, walk messages to people instead of email….the possibilities are endless.
have 3 good, healthy meals per day, and if you must snack, take fruits and low fat snacks with you.
