What’s wrong with my earlobe?

On the back of my earlobe there is this crusty formation (or that is what it feels like to my finger), and it is extremely painful to the touch. I know that it is not dried blood and I have not done any physical activity for since the 2 days it has appeared.

Your pierced ear probably has a minor infection and the fluid is an attempt for your body to fight it off. Perhaps you changed ear rings recently to something your body did not like?

A pierced ear can become infected at any time.

bottom line… no one here can really tell you what is wrong with your earlobe… we can’t see it, feel it, smell it (few if any of us are doctors)… if it is really bothering you, you need to see a doctor.
