hi i got some one out jail they wrote me a promise

note and then took off they now has a web site and a lot of money for school like a 9000 and a 5000 grant i have his web site but cant find his address to serve him which i cant wait to do .

Maybe you could contact the local authorities. That amount of money, in any of the states, amounts to a felony, if the contract was breached.

I’m hoping/assuming that your promisory note was notarized/drawn up by someone with some legal persuasion……???
