I have a hard time being alone and today I decided I would purposly do so because I need to get over this.
I would normally do things to hurt myself, be it cutting, binging, etc…I had a panic attack earlier and now I’m feeling that empty painful feeling in the chest…I’ve tried talking with a friend, cooking, cleaning….and now I feel like I fun out of things to do…help please.
