help and advice please

i have bipolar and been off my meds a week now

i have been off my meds for a week now and i have been okay well sort of,ive been getting a bit paranoid and really weird side effects(withdrawal symtoms) like itching,feeling sick, i feel so alive witout my meds and in control well sort of,everyone keeps asking y am not takin them,i dunno really,i just sometimes,whether am doing well or not get i weird feeling and thoughts i cant describe, its like everything slows down and everything is goin so slow and dragging and i start to feel fed up with what life is like,so i needed a change so i stopped my meds,the stupid thing is i hate change so i dont really understand?
does anyone else ever feel like this?

Yes I do get this feeling. I can understand needing to try anything to make yourself feel better even things you know deep down may be destructive. How serious is your bipolar? I live with my mother who has a full on case of bipolar and has lived unmedicated all of my life. It’s amazing how much it affects me and my siblings. If you are responsible for anybody else then get back on your meds. Because it’s not just your life, it’s theirs to. I know meds can pull you down and make you feel depressed and sluggish and all sorts of things…But there is a reason you are on them…
