How do I attach a webcam to a laptop?

Hi, this is my first webcam and I have installed it on my computer and it works fine. The only problem is it doesn’t stay on the top of my laptop - my laptop is too thin. I’ve looked for some sort of clip for it to stay on but don’t see one. I currently have it attached to velcro, but that doesn’t seem to be working either. Can anyone help me?
