My lap top is locked and I forgot the password.

How do you unlock it?

If it is your laptop :S Hop its not stolen grrrrrr! Get a friend do download hirens boot disk. You need to burn it to a cd. You can use a program called imgburn or xpburner to do this. Pop the cd in your laptop. Boot from the cd (usually F8 or F10 or F12 on startup.) Then look threw the menu’s for password changer. This application will blank the password for you. Works on windows 2000, xp, vista. :) Good luck http://www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd
