What shall I name my rat?
Ok, the rat is female and it’s black with brown marks. I want a Chinese, Arabic, or a magical name.
I want to name her after something very special. Have any ideas?

name her Azrael, it’s an angel’s name.
angel of death, angel of law, wisest and cleverest of the archangels.
Cool….you have lots of help…lol..
I had a cat named after the angel of darkness “azrael”. It’s taken so I must think of something else.
Who would have “thunk” it….
I wanted a dark name for my rat. I looked around for D&D wizard names but found nothing that clicked.
If it was a boy it would be easy, I would call him Flash 8 but being I hate boy pee, I got a girly instead…Oh she is soooo sweet.
lol I called my cat Neimaiwea, it’s a gaelic name, it means forest spirit.
=)
as for your chinese names, guan means door, so it’s not really a dark name ^^
Name the rat Blackguard..
In Dungeons & Dragons, Blackguard is a base character class in older versions of the game, and a prestige class as of edition 3.5. A blackguard is the antonym of a paladin and is an evil warrior who receives a variety of magical powers from binding pacts with Fiends or evil gods.
I know but it’s cute!
I got needy so I looked up chinese words. Hey it could mean a “door” to love. I love my rat!
Get it haha.
Tao-chang is pretty.
Good luck on your name…..
How about Talo?
Oh how about Zaira or Zara?
Those are both D&D names!
Short!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
5 letters would be nice.
PS. I have kids and that have to be able to say it as well.
Rana? Aniva?
ok I see lol
You want a name that just sounds nice or a name with a meaning?

Well I have a lot of friends who go to school here and they are Iranian and I love them to bits. I do have to tell you that you have to be 13 and older to use help.com. I know that’s no fun but that’s the law for this website. Help.com can’t keep your name on without getting sued so after today your name will be removed. I’m really sorry.
I do love the name Nima, boy or girl and that my friend is a girl I belive you when you say it’s for both.

Hey Lizzy, where DO you live??? How come your friends have all the cool names, while all my friends have names like “Joey, Hannah, Jenny, Alex, Allyx, Emma and Sydeny”? Not that there is anything wrong with those names, just become common and boring to say… hehe
An Undisclosed Location | 2 years, 11 months ago (20 hours, 17 minutes after post)
I really don’t hang out with many Americans. I just always find friends from afar? I’m cultured, I guess. I have a good friend named Melissa and she is American if that counts. Not that I have any thing against with American people but they are boring so to say. I like people that I have nothing in common with, I like different.
I am like that too, I have many non-American friends, but they do not live where I do, either they or I move away. When I was 8ish, I had a friend named Perghatii, best friend I ever had, (with the coolest name). Where I am now there are not many people like her. I still have really good friends, they just do not match up in the name department (not that it is their fault)..hehe

My town has a university and it’s known for Chinese, Iranian people. I know a lot of my friends from my sister. She lived in Korea for about a year and she went to the school there and when she moved for some reason most of her friends came with her. I started hanging with them and now I call them friends.
I just like them better.
hehe, well, there is nothing wrong with that, but don’t forget any Americans you may by chance have..hehe I want a cookie.
An Undisclosed Location | 2 years, 11 months ago (20 hours, 51 minutes after post)
Ta Ta my American friend!
You should name it “Chi-Chi”. I like that name!
Arfur (Arthur) R-for rat
Arfur Rat Get it?
My little girl wants to call her Meme, should I let that be the name?
Totally go with your daughter. It will mean a lot to her.
An Undisclosed Location | 2 years, 11 months ago (1 day, 1 hour after post)
Oh that’s MIMI.
An Undisclosed Location | 2 years, 11 months ago (1 day, 1 hour after post)
I just talked to my girl as she was leaving and I asked what her name should be and she said Mimi.
She keeps calling her that!
Goodness it’s a rat why can’t I make a choice?
Ok fine I must say Mimi or I’ll go crazy.
Good job Queen, I think the name will grow on you. If you can love a rat no matter how creepy, you can certainly love it no matter the name.
Oh my gosh, never did a rat have such input into his nominer.
I know it’s not Chinese or fancy, but if she was mine I’d call her “Mouse”. Kind of appeals to my wacky sense of humor.
An Undisclosed Location | 2 years, 11 months ago (1 day, 15 hours after post)
Her name is Mimi :(
I hate that but I want my kids to be happy and that’s what they want to call her. I wanted something dark but oh well!
Mimi it is!
I had a bald rat named Mini Me so it’s like a newer version of the old one.
Isn’t that name from the Drew carry show? You know the big women at work the Drew never liked????
Yep! Mimi was a big woman who wore lots and lots of makeup and Drew and Mimi fought all the time.
