u may just be suffering stress, stress or lack of sleep, or bad diet can cause this to happen

If you definitely can not be pregnant…. absolutely certain you can’t be…. then i would say it is probably stress related…. or if you are very young and your periods are a recent thing then it may just be your body getting into the routine.

I think any change in your normal menstrual pttern could be due to stress. However I suggest you see your doctor if this is not usual for you
3 months is a long time and there are several causes of amenorrhoea apart from stress

i hope its not becuse u have a poor diet or u arnt eating enough becuse these aspects can b a majour reason in causing issues in this department as i found out from a close family member!!!!!
