Is this weird?

? okay so ive known This dude for a couple years I know him because our families are super tight. I pretty much call all of them my family. But He wasn’t always in the picture. He is my aunt’s best friend’s daughter’s husband’s brother. haha i know that is kinda long but we spend like holidays and that with them. And he always tells me that He is like in love with me or something, I would give him a try because I looove his personality and spending time with him. But would it be weird if i did give him a chance? What if things turned out ugly or something, but then again what if they have the potential to be amazing??? I really dont know what to do.

well i did the best friend thing before and it sucks now cuz we never talk or anything anymore. maybe thats why im so hesitant!
