You need to get medicaid ..Mental health covered at almost 100%…co-pay is like $10 (if you are in the US…”just for so I can make sence”..is broken English..so I assume it’s your second language)

First of all, you don’t necessarily need to see a psychiatrist. There are other mental health resources where you can start first. If you are employed, your employer may have a confidential referral system through the benefits office. Same with your school depending on your age. Social workers, free clinics, counseling centers etc.. often offer some basic counseling at free or limited cost for a few visits. Some municipalities also have established counseling centers or crisis hot lines that you can call.

Depending on your location and circumstances this might be a good first step to get an assessment or to at least talk to someone in the field, and familiar with your geographic area. Then, if necessary, they can refer you on to other doctors or mental health.

Try googling mental health resources PLUS your city and see what comes up.

Go to a doctor, a GP, and tell them you would like to speak to someone about your issues. they will refer you.
most mental health services require a referral first, especially for insurance purposes.
