Would this be an ok thing to text to a girl?

Basically, I met this girl a few days ago, and somehow I ended up getting her number. But then I had to leave before I had a chance to give her my number in return. So anyway, I was thinking of sending her the following text, since it’s already been a day or two:

“Hey _____! I just realized I probably never gave you my number lol. So here it is. If you ever wanna hang out or anything, let me know.”

Can you guys think of a way to improve this message, or is it fine as it is? Any help would be appreciated!

Actually, I don’t think anyone, including myself, caught the fact that I never actually mention who I am in the text message. I sent the text as is, and she responded asking who I was. But I told her, so I think it’s ok now. Whoops. :S
