So I “dated” a guy for 14 months.

We never really went on a date, though, and when he blew off our plans for our one-year anniversary I knew it was over and stayed with him another 2 to let it go through Christmas and his birthday, then I ended it. That was about eight months ago. Last night he kissed me. He told me he still loves me and he’s changed and asked me out to dinner… to a PLACE. I said yes, to give him a second chance, but I don’t know if I could ever love him like that again; we’ve become best friends over those eight months.
When we First started dating, another guy liked me, but I didn’t like him and so it was fine when I had to say that I had a boyfriend when he asked me out. Then I broke up with guy 1 and guy 2 got himself a girlfriend. Now, guy 2 is having problems with his girlfriend and I think they’re going to end it soon; and I like him now.
Guys 1 and 2 are now friends, but only really cause they talk at school; they’re not really close or hang out after school or something.
Aaaand well, I don’t know.

So You have a few options.
A) Don’t go back for number 1, try it with number 2 if he and his girlfriend call it quits.
B) Don’t go back to number 1, and stay friends with number 2.
C) Don’t go back to number 1.
Did I mention not to give number 1 a second chance? Because once a douchebag, ALWAYS a douchebag. Yep. He’s probably better for you as a friend anyway.
