Tell the guy first. I have done that and people have done that to me. Some people act really weird if you date their sister and other guys don’t mind. One of my friends in high school asked me if it would be okay if he asked my sister out and I said go for it. What if you take her out and hate it because it is like kissing your friend and then your friend hates you and wants to fight? I would talk to the guy if his friendship is important to you.
