people help: why is asking for help so hard? - Help.com

why is asking for help so hard?

why does talking about a relationship feel like betrail?

does anyone else have the problem of thinking to much… about…
…everything?
I have the feeling people themselfs do not wish to be happy…
most people rather just feel anger, hate, sorrow or regret…

am I just looking at this in the wrong light?
people love to see an accedent (disaster tourists)
people love attention, and thus being sad to get it…
people look to be scared of beying happy…
these are thoughts… I could be wrong…

it’s hard beying the only one around that already realizes how good I got it…
all I want is to be happy and in peace…

but people always seem to make their problems mine…
and when I help… I often get the feeling of beying punished for it…
because they get mad… they dont want to be helped…

people just want you to listen…. …. and then… I wonder? what happens next?
should I say I feel bad for the people that make problems themselfs and then tell me?

I try to teach them how to fish so they can feed themselfs…
but all they want is to be fed… fed with attention and pitty… I dont longet have for them… friends are sometimes hard to live with…

well you know what let all them people who are complaining , make you a stronger, don’t let other people problems become yours , offer your friends support and comfort but not at the sake of your sanity.
