I’m so sorry about your current situation :( There’s nothing I can say or do that will take that **** debt off of you, but don’t give up! It may be hard right now, very hard, but you can do it. Do you have some friends to talk to? Family? This won’t last forever. You’re only 21. Hang in there, stay strong.
