Trying to install the latest version of AOL with an existing account onto a Dell XPS laptop using MS Vista OS due to a recent move.

When the installer is downloaded, and we click on it to get to the Recommended or Custom install we select recommended. The prolem is that the window that has these selections available does not have any gui buttons to continue the installation and it just sits there. The right hand of the window seems to be cutoff and we can see the word click but there is no button to click and rolling over it and clicking on it does absolutely nothing. Therefore nothing happens. How do I install the new software? If I can’t intall the new software where I am now living I will have no choice but to cancel the account and get a free email account somewhere else!!! Please respond ASAP.

Are you looking for answers about problems with your AOL service?

I’d like to recommend that you ask AOL directly since they are best suited to help you.

For AOL support, you can visit the AOL support site or even call them at an AOL toll free number.
