Drink salt water, two teaspoons in a small glass of luke warm water. Repeat after 5 minutes if required. It’s totally harmless. Hope this helps.

Eat something really old and moldy. Set out some meat and wait three days and eat it. Guarantee you will get sick or die. Probably not in your best interests to do it though.
