I believe its better to feel something rather than feel nothing. Its difficult but I believe its best to take those bad feelings and turning them into something good..such as learning to deal with them or learning to transfer them into a punching bag or something.

you can’t really not feel at all.
there are times that you think you don’t feel at all, but the feelings are just lurking in there waiting to catch you off guard.
negative feelings can also push you into changing something in your life for the good, so you might as well give them a thought.
i remember a time that because i felt anger, it gave me a reason not to give up.
pain, anger, and hurt make you stronger. as long as you deal with it constructively. it’s kinda like school. you hate going to classes and waking up early for it. you hate exams. you hate all those long nights of finishing a paper. but we all know why we do it. it’s to equip us for the real world out there, to furnish us a job which will secure us for the rest of our lives.
so yeah, pain, anger and hurt will make you a better person.
I would rather feel something. For so long i wished to be numb and when i finally was…it was so much worse.Pain is better than nothing. At least you know you’re alive.
all those emotions just prove your a human being
if you dont feel any of them you must be a robot!

Better to feel the pain than nothing at all. It will motivate you to make changes in your life. Pain is good.

you’re welcome..i’m glad you did
emotions suck when it hurts but i rather cry then b numb u know. i think it depends on the situation. like what if we lived in a world were we never felt anything no love no pain nothing how wld that go who knows itd b pretty dumb to me.
i don’t know. I’ve wondered the same thing before. If I think hard about it, I’d say to feel the pain/anger/hurt is better, bc at least then you have the possiblitity to feel joy/love/peace. If you had no emotion, there would be possibility. Somebody told me that all anger comes from fear. (fear of: failure, looking bad to others, getting hurt, being rejected) If you can find the reason for the anger than you can deal with it. If you deal with the anger, perhaps your pain will be a little less intense and you can feel some good things. I know that it isn’t easy to deal with some things that caused the anger (been there!) but it will likely be worth it.
“If you had no emotion, there would be possibility.” I meant thet there would be NO possibility.
