The overhead for a golf course is insane…

You have to have a large enough piece of land for the course you want and then you have to do major amounts of landscaping to develop it into a viable course that will be interesting enough for people to play and still be challenged. Then there is support after its built. Unless you have a lot of money and I mean A LOT! Its almost not worth it.

I have a friend that built one with a parcel of land he inherited. My dad is looking into doing it but, like I said, the overhead needed to start off is insane.
