I unintentionally led a guy on.

He’s a good guy friend of mine. I know that he’s had a crush on me for a few months now. I was talking to him about sensitive topics and he started hugging me and telling me that he really loves me. I was really emotional and needed to have someone to lean on at the time and responded that I like him too. I feel really bad right now for making him think that I’d want to be his girlfriend (which I don’t..) Are there any ways to break this to him without hurting our friendship….?
