Help.

My husband has been lying about making our car payments, and now our auto loan has been charged off and we will lose our car if we don’t come up with the $13k in cash. He’s out of work, and I’m working my a$$ off, this is our only vehicle and we have a toddler. I’m desperate and don’t know what to do. Family & friends aren’t in a position to help…

Talk to the finance company. They usually let you slide if you at least show them that you can pay something. Believe me, they would rather have money than a used car that they have to resell at a loss.
