I want to get a lip ring but have a few questions first.

I want to get one on the left side of my bottom lip. However, my parents are very much against thijgs such as piercings. So my first question is can they be removed and put back on with ease?

Once your piercing heals properly you can take it out and put it back in whenever (not including all piercings). But first off, hun your parents will probably still be able to notice the scar from the piercing even if it’s fully healed and you take out the piercing. Also it can take a very long time for a piercing to heal and since part of the lip piercing is inside your mouth it can close even faster (when piercing is take out). Anyways I’m just trying to explain that it will probably be very hard to hide that piercing.

hey.. i am doing research on this… there is a new study from university of Melbourne Australia… saying that you should think twice before getting a piercing especially in the tong area… reason being is that metal particles accumulate in the brain causing some serious damage over a period of time… remember a brain functions as a magnet when it comes to metals…… good luck…
