Something like:
“Write these two lines:
1) Helped people.
2) Helped others.”
1 been there for people
2 someone here stopped me doing something that could have fecked up my life
As for myself,
1 - I have started to be more realistic in life and able to stand on my own feet, by learning from others, including from members on this site. I am proud that I have been able to keep an open mind and earn experience to me moving forward :O)
2 - You are lucky if a Fox finds you in a time of need, a Fox can be helpful and kind, to all, without anyone realizing.

She named an animal.
I’m proud whenever I feel that I’ve changed someone’s life.
I’m proud whenever I see someone trying to change their own life.

How awesome is it that a website can do that for people!
I am proud of myself for the “quoted” comments on my old user account.
I am proud of said person because they are a very private person, yet they still swallow their pride and write a post because they aren’t too proud to admit they need help, and I think that its brave :)
1.s.o else & i prevented a person committing suicide!!!!!
2.others showed me a new view of foreign people…they showed me how nice every one out of my country is…i really appreciate it,really…. :)
1. I am so proud of the help I gave a certain girl. I was the fist person she told about being molested/raped by her step-father. When the authorities came to her door, she actually thought I had somehow informed them and got her help. It turns out the step father confessed to a therapist who turned him in because the girl was still in danger. He is now in prison. Any way she no longer comes here but we keep in touch via email. We spent many of nights talking via email and I just love her. I can’t wait until she is all grown and I can meet her face to face.
2. There are so many people I have been proud of. People who don’t give up, who struggle with mental illness and learn to deal with it, people who come out of their shell and trust us enough to share themselves.
I love when someone comes back to there post a year later and tells you how things turned out. I had one person who ended up jumping from a bridge and breaking both of his legs. Once he was out of the hospital and getting mental help, he came back to say thank you. Even though he did jump, it was afterward during his recovery that he appreciated the advice and support I had given him. He said everything I told him was true and he was just not able to see it at the time. I would love to hear from him again to see if he is able to walk now and how he is doing mentally.
1)i have helped many more ppl than i normally would have been able to.
2)this person has always been there for everybody no matter what. Thank You!
1. Made someone somewhere smile.
2. Made me smile.
1. I have put time into helping suicidal posters even though I know most of them are probably fake. The ones who are real are worth the time wasted with the fakes.
2. When I was feeling down and just disappeared from the site without saying why, my friends emailed me over and over again and didn’t give up on me.

Wow baba thats amazing!! I love stories like this… its nice to see through all the stuff we moan about and the crap that happens there are some really life changing things we can do… kinda the point of this post. I think its good for us all to see some positives.
1.Help poeple (when someone needs help even if i don’t know them i try to do my best to help them)
2.Poeple helps me (When I was feeling down they helped me..with all the best they can)
1. I helped a very nice young man that had acute anxiety disorder, he was shy and also expressed how he wished he could talk to girls. He was very lonely. I suggested volunteering at a nursing home and reading to the elderly or working at an animal shelter. Old people have seen it all and animals would be happy to see him. At either position he would be appreciated and it would improve his skills.
2. He wrote me back and actually went to several places of business and was very excited about it. He thanked me profusely for such a great idea as he put it. I felt very happy for him and pleased I was able to help such a sweetie. Plus, others benefited from this, lonely old folks and the animals at the shelter.
1)I am proud to of helped people allow themselves that life is sacred…
2)They allowed me to see that I made a good choice by not giving up on love and they’ve accepted me for who I am…

I remember you giving that advise on his post. I am happy to hear he took your advise and used it. It nice to know that your advised helped someone.
very sweet 2greeneyes!
Thanks you guys, my pleasure, gosh we all have something to offer and those that feel they don’t just have to be reminded there are others that need them too. We just get trapped within ourselves sometimes and just need help. We all bleed, we all need, and we all can help eachother if only someone would take the time to care.
true…awesome, deep thoughts, wonderful words..! :)
