If you are intimidated, try stepping out of your comfort zone and engaging yourself in activities you otherwise wouldn’t do- I’m not talking about stretching your moral standing here… I’m talking about maybe wrestling, weightlifting, white water rafting, rock climbing or taking an art class.

It begins with trusting yourself and your own judgment. Liking who you are and building confidence within yourself to know that eventhough people can be cruel and intimidating, the challenges are nothing to sweat over.

How does one begin to trust oneself? By putting oneself in situations that are awkward and allowing oneself to endure knowing that the outcome will not hurt, or destroy the character and well being.

Stepping out on a limb so to speak, take on new challenges, make goals, and do your best to attain them. Knowing that you can do things when you set your mind to it, builds trust and gains positiveness that seems to surround you like an invisible bubble.

Like attracts like for some reason, and those who intimidate easily, the intimidators seem to find like a homeing beakon.

Find some articles and some sayings that lead to inspirational thought and repeat them- so you start believing it within yourself.

Those people that found success, in any shape and form, were sucessful not because of genes or traits, it first began with trust in their own persons.
