No, I just know a couple people who are, they have had trouble conceiving because of it.

I don’t think that is as common as it appears, no one I know that has PCOS is affected in this way. Mainly pains, irregular periods, infertility, and trouble controlling their weight.

I think they normally do it by ultrasound but I wouldn’t be suprised if they would want to do a pap to rule out other possibilities too.

Yes since my world as a teenager began. :S but the flow has always been irregular. After I gave birth things went back to its normal state i did not have much cramps and the period was on time. Not until last year when irregularity came and the cramps are heavy. :S

You should see a OBGYN, sounds like you deffinately need to see what the issue is and to make sure you are not in any danger. You don’t want a rupture or anything. If the pain doesn’t get better in a few hours I would go into the emergency room. Most things that are normal, the pain meds would relieve. I am just worried that this isn’t normal.

I don’t appreciate that. Lilies is in pain. Two of my sisters had serious problems with fibroids. One almost died and required 6, yes 6 transfusions. She is the one that taught me this trick. Cats have been found hit by cars and purring. They heal very fast as well. It is unknown why they purr. It is suspected that the purr is some kind of healing process. I suggest you google “Why do cats Purr”. Also that you be an open person, and realize that you may have not known this.
Lilies is a friend, she asked me if I could suggest something, all the obvious was stated that she try, I threw something out there, that has helped me and my sisters. Talk and touch her, let her feel comfort in your voice and get use to your touch. Do not let her panic and run and then get lost.

well since its a talkabout anything post I’ll try to help with how you can’t or couldn’t sleep well :) again lol. I found it hard to sleep the other night because my sleeping patterns are atrocious. my fault.I didnt sleep at all last tuesday and this tuesday I had about 40 mins sleep. my grandma suggested that if you cant sleep then imagine you are on a beach, the sun beaming down making you feel warm, the sea if moving back and forth and its really peaceful. or you could try to imagine walking down some steps into a lovely garden. like coming down the step could help your minds activity to slowly come down and just imagine how beautiful the garden is with all the flowers. and she said to try lying on your back with your arms by your sides and tell yourself that your feet are relaxed and believe it, then move up through your ankles, legs, torso and all the way up to you head. so all of your body feels relaxed.
