What do you classify as a social life?

Your perception of no social life might be different than others’ perception of a social life.

When you say you have no social life, you might have 10 times the social life than some people who might claim to have a huge social life.

It’s all a matter of perception.

If you are happy the way you are with “no social life” as you so succinctly put it, then more power to you and stay that way.

If you’re happy, then you’ve got nothing to worry about.
If you’re having problems with stress, depression, frustration or anything, that’s when you should think about having a more active social life.
