African Name Translation.

I know nothing about the diferences in African languages.

I’m trying to find fitting equivilents for the names Lyonesse (Lioness) and Lynette (Little Loin or possibly “pretty”)

Area: Somewhere in northern africa near western Europe or Egypt, arround the midle ages, before Arabic conquest.

I know this is pretty darn specific. I’ll settle for what you can give me.
