ok, so I have ordered a mobile phone off a Chinese wholeseller, and it should have arrived on Thursday/Friday.

As it didn’t I contacted the seller, who said that the product had been recieved by customs (in England). So, fdoes anyone know if they have any right to hold/confiscate the product? It isn’t fake or anything like that, but it just seems weird as to why they have it.

Yes, im not worries about the money, as I know I can get the money back through paypal. But having waited nearly 2 weeks for it now, I would rather recieve the product than not
