rock’n'roll body

hey guys, I basically need to step it up and follow a killer plan and get a killer body by the end of january.

any tips? I weight 150 lbs, 5′6′’. My goal is to loose at least 20lbs and tone up like no other. Has anyone else done this? What did you do?

Fill up on fruit and vegetables as often as you can…but don’t forget protein and carbs.

Exercise for an hour daily…strenuously enough to get your heart rate up

Start by accepting your body, the way it works, and that it has limitations.

Moving on from that, what’s your goal? if it’s just to look good naked, or you want to achieve in some sport?

I’m a fan of yoga, gets you sorted in lots of ways.

If you want to loose weight, then just get some regular exercise built into your day. if you just go “I’m go to the gym” then when you can’t be bothered you won’t go. Join some team sport of decide to walk to school etc. Oh, and eating right.

If you want to tone up, pilates creates a fine female form.
