So I have this friend who likes a guy but there are two other guys that like her.

It is unknown if the guy that my friend likes likes her back, though there is something of an age difference. (two or three years maybe) He seems very fond of her.
My friend is not sure is she has feelings for the other two boys that like her, but she does really love the first guy. I am trying to help her figure it out but she’s really confused about it.
