All I did was ask for help. I asked candp for advice, she asked me lots of questions about my past (I’ve been through a lot in my life) and told me something that finally got through to me: that what happened between my parents wasn’t my fault though I did get blamed for it at one point. She finally got me to realize that I couldn’t let the past rule the present and that I couldn’t let the past make me afraid and to forgive myself and my parents and then she told me what I wrote: I am a clean slate now, free from the past.

i think that what we all can learn from this is to better listen.
we weren’t able to help so far because we didn’t really know all there is to know
and a lot of the problems we encounter are lacking all the information that people didn’t seem worth to mention. which mostly is were the true problems lay.

also when we seek in ourselves the solutions,
we should ask, and ask, and dig, and ask
until we find the answers we DIDN’T know we knew about.
since the ones that we did, didn’t help.
