I’ve got a speech to give and I have a sort of problem, I tap my forehead, stutter, rush my words, and speak more and more quietly.

But there is a guy in this class I like, I am tired of looking like an idiot in from of him. Any help?
I try to image them with funny hats, in their underwear, as though they aren’t there nothing really seems to work for me. All I do is forget my speech, or worse speak a few sentences in another language. Worse thing I got points taken off my grade because I didn’t notice the hole different language thing.
Any tips on the speech and the guy? btw I’m usually really quiet anyway.
