depression help: Lately, Ive been feeling very emotional and depressed at the same time. - Help.com

Lately, Ive been feeling very emotional and depressed at the same time.

In some ways Ive always felt this way, but I somehow learned to put it aside and ignore it.
I dont know what changed, but lately i cant seem to control my emotions. I wake up almost every morning feeling anxious and worried. I am constantly feeling paranoid and nervous. I feel alone in this world…
Once in a while, ill get anxiety attacks over stupid things. My boyfriend doesnt understand what im going through, and thinks i should just get over it. My mother will NEVER understand how i feel because shes always been cold and shows no affection what so ever.
I dont have health insurance, so I cant even go see a doctor. I am so confused and I dont know whats going on with me.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Hey…

When i am nervous… I go for a run outside…. Try to be positive and think of a happy place whenever you are nervous… Know that you are not alone….

My suggestion is do a lot of exercise… run 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes start slowly…

Remember to stay positive no matter what goes on in your life….. Be happy…

I will become a Doctor soon… Believe me… You will not realize the impact of exercise when it comes to being nervous….

Try it out for a week and see the results for your self…

You will wake up as a new person… try to stay away from negative people… and don’t forget to wear your smile :) all the time.

If you don’t have health insurance, there is help out there. Go to the emergency room & they can hook you up.

hi. i can understand your struggle. every person longs to be listened too and loves, so i can understand how you feel. i lost my dad when i was 10, so we’re on the same page and no one knew how i felt. but no matter what happens, dont believe that you’re alone. you are so loved by the creator. there’s even a verse in pslm that although your mom forgets about you, your father in heaven wont. i believe that there’s a hole in every man’s heart that only christ can fill. i was so empty, disoriented and confused. 2 years ago until i met god. when that happened, everything just became make sense, on why on earth you’re here on earth, on why you were created, etc. and you’ll find a purpose in relationship with the loving father. what you need is his love to fill you up like a coke in a desert… (weird parable isnt it?)- matt11:28
