I was atended by this woman who acted like I could never in my life obtain the service they where offering! I recently began my work as a salesman, and I’m sure I don’t want to be like her! Which makes me question myself as to:

What makes a good salesman or saleswoman?
And what makes a bad one?

Any thoughts? pls help!
