Incredibly, stupidly slow!
That’s what Help is. Maybe if we all stayed away for a week, they would think about fixing it. Maybe. Yeah, we should boycott Help – maybe for a month! Could anybody here hold out that long?

Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
It’s far to slow to answer after this one, we’ll be here for hours.
So her goes, Can stay away for longer if you want. Methinks though that if every member/user did as well, it wouldn’t be here when we came back.
As to fixing it, who is there who does that?
Actually, at this very moment, it’s a good deal faster then normal for me.
It is extra slow tonight. What’s up with that?
It took me almost 10 minutes to navigate to this post. Hopefully, the sluggish phase will fizzle out again soon as it is rather maddening.
its actually right now not that slow
it comes and it goes
I’m thinking maybe it depends where you live.
i thought was just me who thought this site runs slow
It seems fine for me now, but earlier this evening I finally gave up because it was taking over 5 minutes to load a page and kept timing out.
yea is alot faster at the moment
it runs slow for everyone, because its not built to handle as much traffic as it actually gets.
obviously, CBS doesnt even care what the people here do, otherwise they would be involved, wouldnt they.
so if everyone left they probably wouldnt even notice, let alone care.
actually every morning east coast time at 8 am its actually fast

Well, they need us here if they want to sell ads. That what it’s all about, for them. So if we disappeared (assuming they would notice), they might fix it to get us back.
