What is the difference in the rush card and the green dot card?

are they the same or which 1 is better?
is 1 cheaper than the other or do they have different fees and or benefits

All I know is, the Green Dot card will cost you $5 for a money pack in a store.. then another $5, from that balance, when you deposit it.

I don’t know about anything long-term because I use it to quickly send money overseas. I buy moneypack, and the cardholder uses it at an ATM right away.
