what should i do?

my best guy friend told me that he don’t want to be confused about the relationship between us and asked me if i love him. and i didn’t reply anything now and he not talk to me for awhile. i don’t know why he keeps asking me that and i don’t want our relationship go to the next level because of scare that i may lose him. i don’t know what to do or say to him now, please help!

well do you love him? do you have feelings like that for him?
if not, then keep it at the friend level cause that’s where it belongs.
if you do though, you owe it to yourself and to him to act on them.
