I am having some trouble, “doing” things I feel I have to do lately.

It all depends on what these things are.
Different things need different motivations, is there anything specific your finding hard to get up and do?

Motivation comes from commitment.

Figure out what the goal is of doing stuff. If you want that goal then remind yourself that you WANT that goal. Then commit to doing what it takes to reach the goal that you WANT. Make a public commitment. It gives the necessary pressure for you.

ie. I feel good in a clean house. So I WANT to clean out this room so I feel better. I will commit to be girlfriend that the room will be clean by tomorrow morning.
