If she was the instigator, she can be gotten for “conspiracy” to commit assault and battery. I would talk to the school principal and tell them you’re going to sue the school district if they don’t do anything for you. My cousin did that and got all the kids suspended for 1 month and 1 in particular was expelled.

I agree, she could be liable for instigating others to cause you bodily harm. It is a criminal act and she is just as guilty as the ones who carried out her thoughts.

Its bullying which isn’t taken lightly in some parts of the world. I agree with Littlenick.

The more proof why she needs to know what she does is not acceptable or tolerable. She needs to be stopped. It is called harassment and obsession. She might think it is funny but it isn’t. Be strong, don’t be afraid and seek out help.

What do you mean “everywhere”? Where exactly? and who are “they” you say here? Just because someone is sick, it doesn’t mean she has the right to instigate trouble and harm.

Hate it when people do that , i have a friend who’s in her 20s and backstabs all her mates including me and about half of the people are being fooled by her manipulating ways.
When something happens to her YOU MUST be there for her or she will hate you and talk trash and when you confront her about her crap she gets all upset and acts like a cow, and forgets you and makes sure everyone else does too.
These people are insecure with themselves , they hate who they are and want everyone to come down to there level.

and yes even adults act this way.

I know you think my idea is too radical.
But these kids need a radical wake up call.
This would do it believe me.
Kids have no right to beat you up know matter what that girl said.
So they need a kick in the pants.
Suicide call would do it.
And also don’t go back to school without someone protecting you.
Refuse to go.
