I can’t make a help.com avatar for some reason.

The file I want to upload is 20 kb 226×170 in size. I get it in the box and click upload and nothing happens, what do I do?!

Drat. Is the one that lets you link from a website working? I tried it with 1 file and it denied me on that, figured maybe it was just the site.

yea don’t bother, apparently been broken for like 7 months… I tired when I signed up and asked the same question. And the question will be asked tomorrow with the same answer.
