please help!

!
I have to teach something to my class for a couple minutes and I cant think of anything. Other people did oragami, singing exercises, fingerprinting someone, how to write poetry. I dont really have any hobbies or soemthing Im good at, and I cant really improvise or talk in front of people in general. Please help! any ideas would be greatly appreciated, something that I could show how to do, relatively good amount of stuff to talk about so I dont have to improvise, and nothing too complicated!

I wish! That just gave me an idea, I could teach them simple sign language! although then I would have to spend some time memorizing the symbols for letters. Any other ideas?

Maybe show how to make some rocky road fudge or cookies or some other desert. Like in a cooking show you can make it in front of them, then pass out some already made samples on a nice place on top of wax paper maybe. As they are munching away, you can go into the nutrition of the fudge or cookies like the amount of sugar, fat, calories, and how it is OK to eat sweets in moderation, just not too much. It doesn’t matter how healthy or bad it is for them. People will already know what they are eating.

yummy-yummy-yummy!

Thanks pr24916! that might actually work, I thought about something like that, i just didnt feel like bringing in any props, or being boring by teaching something that people already know and can read off a box, however, handing out the food might make them forget that its boring haha
