security tool.

Is that for real? My computer seems to be dominated by pop ups from security tool saying I have many items like trojans and viruses would I pay money to buy their thing to remove them. The computer is stuck on mute because of this thing too.

Go and download mailware bites and follow the directions that should remove it. If not come back and we will try another thing. Hope this helps :-)

If you have it installed then go into safe mode then you will be able to use it.

Reboot your system then at boot-up keep pressing F8 until you see a screen that asks you what you want to do then scroll up to safe mode and click it. The system will go into safe mode then click on the icon for mailware bites, might take a minuet or so to start then select full scan and depending how much stuff it has to scan could take up to and hour or longer. Let it do its work and when done select delete all items found. The system will reboot and then the problem should be gone if not come back and we will try something else. Hope this helps :-)
