My internet isnt working

this is the only sight that come in

why is this?

is there anything i can do?

Could be a couple of things. try turning off your firewall (if you have one) or making sure your firewall is on but set to disable if the rules are set to block unknown items (such as comodo)
second do a security check on the compputer running your favorite scan
recomendations
malwarebytes
super antispyware
spybot (imunise option is great scan is mediocer)

if these scans fail you can try combofix, if it is a virus it will take care of the issue but it is a run at your own risk program

try getting into safemode with networking, if you have the same problem in safemode then it is most likly not part of your computer that is the issue but ether your router or your isp
