you need to use a basecoat. get a good clear nail polish. put that on first. one usually does it for me, but you can do two. its just more to remove later. lol. and then continue with your coloured polish. then after that go ahead and do another clear coat.

with the clear base coat your nails should be protected from your nailpolish.
