A few days ago a drank a bit of alcohol.

Normally i’m fine with that amount, in fact it was barely anything. After some 30 minutes after i had finished drinking ( i was fine for that time period) i felt hot, light headed, dizzy and sick. I then proceeded to throw up. Then i was fine again. Both me and my friend agreed that i was not drunk at all at that time. so what happend there?

could have just been the fact you might not have eaten, that you drank too fast, any number of things really. if youre thinking your drink was spiked or something, then may be worth having a yarn to the cops, but i doubt it was if you just puked then were fine again.
